Bob Scott | Managing Director
Bob has dedicated his entire career to owning and managing entrepreneurial enterprises. His book, Small Business Pain Relief, is based on lessons learned from a lifetime of business ups and downs.
The frustrations and roadblocks experienced as a business owner also led to the creation of the Small Business Success System, a series of 45 Rapid Lessons that transform a business owner’s relationship with their company. Armed with this system, Bob has spent the last 10 years helping Small Business Owners and Coaches reconnect with their vision and achieve extraordinary results.
As a partner and founding member of CoachFirm, Bob is taking his message, “You Don’t Have To Build It Alone”, to small companies worldwide. His mission is to work directly with Business Owners and Business Coaches; utilizing CoachFirm tools and methodologies to impact businesses and change lives.

David Winford | Director – North America
David, a partner and founding member of CoachFirm, has been helping small business owners achieve profit growth and excellence in their fields since 1995. David began his leadership and system development under the tutelage of the United States Naval Special Forces. For over 9 years he trained daily in the supervision, performance and implementation of policies and procedures.
While serving his country, David rounded out his on the job training with a Baccalaureate of Science in Accounting and advanced studies in Finance and Organizational Behavior. During this same period David established a recreational diving and training company.
After his honorable service in the military David moved on to Corporate America where he continued to hone his leadership and system development skills at the multi-billion, multi-national organization of VISA International.
With an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, the desire to connect with others and a tremendous devotion for capitalism, David went on to become a certified small business consultant for Gerber Business Development Corporation. For the next 4 years David was coached, mentored, assisted and befriended by small business guru and world-renowned author of The E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don’t Work and What To Do About It; Michael E. Gerber.
David’s core belief is that businesses must be designed to achieve their owners’ personal goals. With an advanced understanding of business models and structures, he takes the guesswork out of building a high-functioning company. His expertise stretches across business disciplines including: finance, sales & marketing, recruiting & people management, and succession planning.
Business owners say that David has a rare ability to communicate sophisticated business strategies in a simple way, and that his people skills have helped them resolve their trickiest interpersonal problems with customers, employees, and business partners.

Tom Hurst | Director – United Kingdom
Tom Hurst, a partner and founding member heads up the UK division of CoachFirm. His background reveals a love of challenge and change in the world of business that has been underpinned by a wonderful family. Tom lives near Epsom, England with his wife Carolyne. They have two terrific children, Matthew and Victoria.
Tom gained an understanding of hard work when he was a Saturday grocery delivery boy at age 12. At age 13, the value
of hard work and its rewards were reinforced when as a golf caddy, the bonus for his hard work was a trolley to put the golf clubs on!
An accounting career led to success as the financial controller of a food importer. In his twenties and now a young father, Tom started his own business – specializing in fruit juice. In the process of creating a profitable enterprise, Tom learned first-hand, the ups and downs of having business partners. After selling the company, Tom went to work for Automatic Data Processing where he earned recognition including a President’s Club trip to Hawaii in his second year and he went on to head up UK Sales and Marketing.
In 2004, Tom traveled to the US to become certified as an E-Myth instructor under Michael Gerber. He then set out to create his own successful Small Business Coaching and Consulting Practice, TCH Partnership, with the objective of helping business owners take the steps necessary to develop extraordinary companies.

Lisa Keyes Scott | Director – Operations
As a partner and founding member, Lisa brings focused attention and an entrepreneurial/corporate point of view to every one of our goals. Raised on small business, she began learning the ropes at 14 working in a family owned sporting goods store. She moved on to bigger responsibilities in corporate America soon after graduation.
Working her way up the ladder of big business, she has enjoyed a wide range of roles and opportunities, including one of her favorite positions as a Service Manager for Merrill Lynch on Fifth Avenue in New York City. From there she has co-founded Kwest Management Group, Keyes Business Solutions, and now CoachFirm. Lisa takes the vision of all involved and makes it happen.
Lisa’s experience has also played a critical role in the creation of CoachFirm’s Small Business Success System. Her knowledge of web design, social media, marketing and operations have been instrumental to the success of our clients.
